Asked Utowpia to perform my first year service and damp check on my Coachman caravan. I have always used the main dealer to perform this in the past so I was a little apprehensive as to the quality of service I might receive.
I needn’t have worried -Utowpia exceeded my expectations and provided me with a comprehensive and well documented service. There was a warranty issue flagged up by the service and this was followed up and dealt with in an impressively efficient manner.
I have no hesitation in recommending Utowpia wholeheartedly.

Another first class experience. Recently purchased a van, had a couple of issues, Dan and the teams resolved. Highly recommend Utopia to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and friendly service. Many thanks Andy & Kay

We had a problem with the fridge on our motorhome which was still under warranty. The dealer where we bought the van, weren’t that helpful and suggested we should use any Swift approved dealer for the repair. We were quoted 8-10 week waits from most dealers but even though Utowpia were equally busy they fitted us in to have a quick look at short notice. The loose connection was sorted in less than an hour. These guys were great and can’t recommend them enough!

Excellent service again from Sharon and the team at Utowpia. Caravan tyres replaced with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss! We feel lucky to have found Utowpia. Thanks very much Louise and Ian Norbury.

Wouldn't use anyone else to service or repair our caravan. Sharon always helpful with bookings and any advice - even if i do mither her from time to time :-)
Recently required bodywork repair which was done to a very high standard.
Had a couple of occasions over the years when we have had a problem just prior to travelling to France and on both occasions the team have sorted us out a short notice. Friendly staff and great service all round

I have used Utowpia twice now, each time to sort out a fault with my motorhome. On both occasions Utowpia have been brilliant in fitting me in quickly, and completing a thorough job to rectify the faults, all at reasonable cost.
My thanks go to Sharon for organising all this, and to Dan and Colin for their professional work and helpful approach. Utowpia is my 'go to' place now!
